Overall Workout

Today was an overall workout day. The beginning part was focused on my legs. I was pressing 265 lbs. with my legs at one point. That's some pushing my friends! The second part of the workout focused on the uper body. I supplemented some of the activities that Josh has taught me. I think the most was doing was 70 lbs! Believe me that is enough on the upper body at this point.

I did about 60 various crunches. I was really feeling it in the pit of my stomach towards the end of those...so what to do next? Run 2 miles on the tradmill of course! I ran on a 0.5 incline, and was chugging along. I wasn't feeling great the first 1/2 mile, but I got into a groove after that, and was pleased with my running. I ran the 2 miles in 23:04.

Today was a weigh in day. A couple of weeks ago I was at 207.9. Today - 208.3! Not bad. I'm hanging in there. I don't worry about a gain like that. I would worry if I had shot up 5 lbs. Now THERE is something to worry about.
