Using the Legs
Today I ran my outdoor route in 46:55:41. That is fast for me. I focused on my legs for power. I noticed lately I was running with my upper body. I know how odd that sounds, but let me explain. I have been using my upper body to push my along. Pumping my arms and leaning forward too far. Today I "sat" back a little, and used my legs more.
I found my stride was longer, and I was a faster funner. It felt really good. It was a great run!
