Great Workout
Today was a really great workout. The focus was on the lower body. I pressed 260 lbs with my legs - GO LEGS! There was a lot of leg work, but I also added some weight work for my upper body, just so it wouldn't feel left out. :-)
After the workout I ran two miles on the treadmill in 22:36. Pretty good run I would say.
When I was done I felt really good about the day.
What made it better? Today was a weigh in day for me. A couple of weeks ago I was at 209. Today.....207.9! Getting close to 200!
