Sick Day

Yesterday at work I felt it coming. I felt the back of my throat feeling raw, and my sinuses all drippy. Yup....I was getting a cold. I came home, and went to bed early. This morning my nose is ok, but my throat is a bit raw and scratchy. I also feel tired.

No running today.

I am going to do some reading today, and may post some stuff later in the day.
