Treadmill Running

Today was an indoor running day. I found it really muggy outside, and just wanted a nice run. So off the gym I went. I did a hill program/regular run. The first 16:44, I ran on the Hill Program. The last 6:59 I ran on a .6 incline. I ran 2 miles. It was a good run, and I felt very comfortable on the treadmill.

After the run I went and sat in the steam room for about 10 minutes. While I am not always a steam room kinda guy, today I found it relaxing. It seemed like a good way to wind down.

Now I feel ready to tackle work today....or something like that.
