An Easy 6.2 Miles
Never in my life did I think I would say I ran 6.2 easy miles, but I did. It felt good. I felt back on track. I didn't push myself, but I did have a nice pace, and I felt my breathing was going well. Breathing is always a concern of mine, because I don't want it to be labored.
It was a warm sunny morning. Temps in the 60s and nice. Gotta love Spring running.
Next week I am planning on a trip to South Bend to check out the marathon course. I figure I better see what I have gotten into. :-)
Tomorrow is a gym day.

Isn't it just amazing how regular training can alter you sense of distance and effort? I could only do one mile Tuesday (could not get my brain to shut up!), did 2 miles today, plan to do 3 on Saturday.
I used to think 3 miles was a long way. Now I wonder when I'll get a chance to do 5 again!
Charlie, you've ruined me. ;)
