Recovery Week

After the 13-mile run last week, this is a recovery week. A couple days ago I ran 2.25 miles, and yesterday I biked 13 miles. Today was an easy 4 mile run on the treadmill. I felt great after the run. I am doing more stretching this week as well.

This week's long run will be a 6 mile journey.

I didn't do my usual run yesterday. My calves are still tight. I'm working on my feet and legs to get them loosened up.

Ack! 2 weeks to the Shamrock Shuffle! Do I feel ready? No. What the heck. :) Still looking forward to seeing you.

Charlie, I'm so proud of you. I just got sort of caught up on your posts (Mexico has a way of drawing me out of the computer and down to the beach). Thirteen mile runs now? That's fantastic.
