Cardio Cardio
Today was a cross training day. I hopped on the elliptical trainer, which I always think is an odd machine. It's like cross country skiing, yet not! I did a few minutes on that, and then proceeded to the bike.
I am a huge fan of the hill programs on these machines. I feel they really maximize your workouts, and give you a challenge. I rode the bike for 30 minutes. I worked up a good sweat, and really felt good. I rode 7.97 miles. Not bad.
Tomorrow is a running day. Hope it's decent outside. I would really like to run along the lake.
