Post Marathon Run

I will be talking about the Chicago Marathon after I write this. I ran my outdoor route. I wasn't fast, but I felt really good during the run. I love running in Fall weather. I had a good pace going.

On a nice note, I ran into Al today. For those who don't know Al is an 80 something year old fan of mine. He started watching my run over a year ago, and started stopping me during my runs to chat. He is always happy to see me, and the feeling is mutual. Today he told me I look fantastic. I thanked him. He told me he sees a healthy looking me, and he is so happy about it. It really makes my day when I see him.

I also noticed other folsk running. I'm sure most of them saw today's marathon, and, like I, was inspired to head out and run. What a good day!
