Pain
Yesterday was a rough day at work. By the end of the day I was feeling the leg and ankle pain I did the first couple of weeks on the job. This morning, I am still in a bit of pain.
To try to counteract this I do some calf stretches which help some. The good news is tomorrow is a day off. I just need to get to that day off.

Stretching is good. So is icing the sore muscles, especially for 24-48 hours after they start hurting. Kind of an aggravation with the location and shape of the legs. That's where I find gels like Biofreeze come in handy.
If you don't have a source there (chiro, MT, PT, etc., can't buy it over the counter), drop me a line and I'll put a bunch of the samples in the mail for you.
