Runner's World
I swear by this magazine and website. My sister got me a subscription as a birthday gift last year, as a way to encourage me in my running. This is one of the few magazies I read cover to cover.
It is full of great tips about foot and leg health, running, exercises, shoes, nutrition and many other subjects important to the runner. I also like the personal stories about runners(and celebrity runners). I am also big on John Bingham's articles. He is known as "The Penguin." He started like I did, barely able to run a block. Now he runs and organizes marathons and races. The penguin waddles, as do many of us beginning runners. Hence his nickname.

Sheesh, Charlie. I checked out RW's 21-day plan to increase running speed (under Mind/Body). I'm exhausted just from reading it. Does all this running not bother your feet?

My feet were a main concern when I started running. I was born with clubbed feet, and had corrective surgery twice. As a result I don't have some tendons in the back of my legs. I also had bones removed from my right foot. My range of motion is horrible.
Running though does not seem to bother me at this time. I have my moments, but overall I seem to be doing well.
Standing and walking for long periods of time - like at my job - bother me a great deal.
I guess because the running is much shorter than standing all day, my feet aren't as bothered by it.
