More Looks

I went into the gym this morning, and one of the massage therapists was at the front desk. He told me I was looking good, and I look so different now. I told him I appreciated the comments. There was an extra spring in my step as I went up the stairs.

Today I did some Elliptical work, some stretches, crunches, and I ran 2.5 miles on the Hill Program. When it was all done I sat in the steam room for a few minutes.

After the work out, I went for a bite to eat. I had a fruit platter, which was HUGE! I ate most of it. It was tasty. The platter had grapefruit, oranges, a banana, cantelope, watermelon, some cottage cheese and rasin toast. I really enjoyed it.

Now I feel I can take the rest of the day in stride.
